这个世界充满名利物慾誘惑，很容易就会陷下去，然后被吞噬进血盆大口里。我不是圣人，常常也会被人或物威迫利诱。在这个浑浊的现代社会，诱惑常常对不经意的你招手，你要怎么才能出淤泥而不染呢?

幸好有时候有朋友或好心人士拉我一把要不然一定会后悔莫及的，然后跌进无底深渊。有时候面对自己是最恐怖的事情。

take a deep and fresh breath.Forget all the blunders and absurdities that have crept in begin the day serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense!
